Let’s go for Kampung Baru Stroll!

About this tour

Take a stroll with your guide to discover the last Malay enclave Kampung Baru. We will walk along off the beaten path, to visit some of the village houses and their way of life. Learn what keeps the local economy alive, visit the local wetmarket and local ‘warungs’ and enjoy the cultural heritage what this Malay village has to offer.

Your guide will share the inside story of this 1900 Malay agriculture settlement, and the main Klang River that flows through Kampung Baru. Enjoy the sight, sound and smell and remember to bring a moment back with you.

Before the walk:

We will begin with a 15 minutes safety briefing, followed by a 2.5 hours educational, fun, leisurely free & easy guided walk through Kampung Baru.

Terms & Conditions:

Maximum per tour is 30 pax.
Tour is not inclusive of lunch/meals. However, guests can buy available snacks along the way during the tour.
Kindly wear suitable clothing and shoes for the tour. Bring a cap/hat, sunglasses, sunblock too. Weather can be humid and a lot of walking is expected.
You may bring additional bottle of water if the one we provide is not enough.
Booking fee is non refundable if the cancellation is within 72 hours (3 days), however you may give away your slot to others if you really cannot make it.
Children/teen age 12-18 must be monitored by guardians at all times.
